This website introduces the PCT model, a formalized approach to pastoral care that invites churches to create intentional teams to nurture, guide, and resource their pastors through thoughtful care.
Mission Statement
The Pastor’s Safety Net offers hope to burnt-out pastors. It helps with doubt, discouragement, and loneliness, supplying holistic remedies to restore pastors' well-being. The aim is to heal, reignite passion for ministry, and cultivate contentment within their calling, enriching their and their congregation's lives.

As the Pastor’s Safety Net creator, I envision it as a successful tool for tackling pastoral unmet needs. The 'Pastoral Care Team' framework will help pastors effectively address their ministry challenges, fostering healthier, fulfilled church leaders in thriving congregations.
